Creating a new way to look at yourself
Body Transformation Workshop- Please join us at our in-person Body Transformational Workshop at a chosen location to come workout the objections in your head. You will think about the way you should look and start seeing the true beauty and truth about yourself. When you first walk into the room the focus is to look at yourself in the mirror and start to create a relationship with your own body, mind, and soul! In class, you set intentions about how you want to talk
to your body and how you want to change the way you think about yourself. You will see your body in a totally different light the next time you look at yourself. I will lead you on a journey to stop self-sabotaging, and looking for the disgusting parts of your body and instead embrace what you have and strive to create a healthy exterior.
- Why do you need to bring your mats? For privacy and a place for you to release your emotions, to ground yourself, and to take your stress of the day away. It will also allow you to feel rejoiced and to make time for you.
- What should you wear? We would love for all attendees, if comfortable, to wear no shirts just sports bras and shorts. If you are uncomfortable with your legs or if you have any other part of your body that you have a disconnection with please set the agenda around what your body needs. Please know that the most important thing is for you to show up in whatever you are comfortable in, it’s way more important to me for you to start where you know you should be.
- How long is it? It’s a One and Half to Two-hour workshop. The priority is for you to work out without using your body; instead of working out your mind, which we forget this needs a hard workout too.
