My Christian coaching practice strives to give Christians a strong bond with God. It shows them ways to see God in different lights and have them lean into their faith to help guide themselves into their goals. Not a Christian? That does not mean you are not a perfect fit; it means you are still a great fit. Certified in Steven Ministries, I specialize in Christianity, but I love helping all types of people no matter their faith, helping you connect to your spiritual connections. Why would you not go through life with a higher coach to strive to then turn into thriving – living in peace and harmony? It is not always sustainable with 10% – 15% of stress in your life. But we do live in the real world with real problems and button pushers. I will provide you with tools to reduce your stress to change your life.
